Statuses that can be seen on referral cards include:

Newly Sourced Referral – Contact successfully referred to a position and/or ADP.
In Process – Contact contacted by a recruiter.
Future Consideration – Contact reviewed, but not in an active interview process.
Hired –Contact accepted an offer and joined ADP.
Archived – Contact not under consideration at this time.

Not Eligible – A sponsor is marked ineligible for a referral payment if the candidate already exists in ADP’s recruitment systems for one of the following reasons: within the last 12-month period they joined the ADP Talent Community, applied to a job, or they were referred by someone else.

Eligibility Review – A sponsor under this status means their eligibility criteria is being validated. Final eligibility is determined after their candidate is hired.
