Ability to communicate effectively with US internal partners and clients regarding the technical process and its mechanisms, setting clear expectations and providing options when necessary. Associate should partner effectively with teammates and leader by proactively identifying challenges and following through on agreed action items. Time management and prioritization skills are needed in this role.
