ADP is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst.

As Sr. Financial Analyst, you’ll be part of an integrated, dynamic, growing IT Finance organization within a Fortune 250 company. You will craft deliverables for business partners in the field and continually present valuable business insights to senior leadership. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation and grow within the niche IT Finance arena. As a part of the Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) organization, you’ll be involved in taking IT financial management to the next level by strengthening cost optimization efforts, providing actionable insights, supporting ad-hoc requests and continuous improvement projects. Success requires extreme diligence, the ability to perform critical analysis, and a desire to learn and continuously improve. Additionally, you’ll need a unique blend of business and technical savvy and the drive to make our vision into reality.

What you’ll do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
- Ensure the accuracy of data loads into various systems.
- Support the creation of an annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts that align with strategic initiatives.
- Assist with annual plan and quarterly forecast version comparisons and consolidate change management documentation from GETS Finance Business Partners. Maintain a diligent, up-to-date summary of monthly/quarterly forecast changes.
- Create and maintain a sustainable capital expenditure model for quarterly forecast submission.
- Assist with the GETS workforce model, including month-end close change management and soliciting leadership inputs during annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecast cycles.
- Consistently provide actionable, forward-looking variance analysis focused on key business drivers as part of the monthly close process.
- Assist with the creation of executive presentations.
- Perform ad hoc analyses (e.g., deep dive cost studies and strategic business cases) that support management in developing initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements.
- Develop new analytical packages and execute improvements in overall GETS Financial Management to simplify and enhance the organization.
- Effectively use financial applications to extract, aggregate, and analyze financial data and performance metrics.
- Understand, interpret, and communicate effectively to management and fellow team members.
- Establish and maintain business partnering relationships with leadership in your respective field.
Experience. You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Experience with complex data analysis and modeling.
- Advanced Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and nested formulas.
- Self-starter who possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity and has a passion for continuous process improvement.
- You will have a Bachelor’s degree, in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
For extra comfortability in this role:
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
