ADP is hiring a Digital Engagement Specialist. The Digital Engagement Specialist supports the delivery of programs and digital experiences that increase product knowledge, reduce support volume, and build peer connections.

Summary

This hands-on role coordinates webinars, launches and nurtures industry-specific community groups, supports channel engagement campaigns, and delivers clear measurement and insights to inform continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan relevant, high-impact sessions that support call reduction initiatives.
  • End-to-end delivery, including planning topics, booking SME’s, reviewing presentations for branding and accessibility, managing registrations, hosting or tech-support during live sessions, and sending follow-up resources.
  • Develop and manage a webinar calendar.
  • Emcee webinar introductions and conclusions, ensuring a professional and engaging experience in both English & French.
  • Leverage webinar data to refine content themes and measure engagement outcomes.
  • Launch and manage industry-specific collaborative groups (e.g., construction, hospitality) within the client community
  • Work collaboratively with MAS and Marketing to create discussion prompts, curate content, and surface member success stories.
  • Moderate discussions, track participation trends, and identify content or engagement opportunities to strengthen community health.
  • Encourage peer-to-peer problem solving
  • Execute targeted multi-channel engagement campaigns for internal and external communication platforms (communities, digital screens, newsletters).
  • Align campaigns to key business milestones, product launches, or service initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and visibility
  • Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Track performance, community metrics, and program outcomes, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders to inform decisions and improve processes and client satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support and perform other related administrative duties as required.

 Experience

  • 2-4 years in events/webinar coordination, community moderation, or digital engagement.
  • Experience working with community platforms (e.g., Verint, Higher Logic, Salesforce Experience Cloud) and webinar platforms (Zoom, On24, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to emcee webinars and engage diverse audiences.
  • Track record of improving user experience for diverse client groups, particularly in multilingual settings.
  • Strong communication skills to engage French-speaking clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful, and a strong team player.
  • 3+ years in community management or marketing with experience in bilingual (French-English) environments.
  • 3+ years in webinar coordination or event planning.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.

  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Expertise in campaign development, content creation, and webinar production and client engagement strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills to engage clients and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or content marketing (e.g., Content Marketing Institute).
