Role Purpose:
To implement and support the ADP Products/Services within Japan, utilizing best of breed methodologies, ensuring that our clients experience World Class Service resulting in the highest Quality solutions being delivered On Time and On Budget.

Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops to obtain the client’s requirements
クライアントの要件を明確化するための会議の企画・実施
Work with client and client’s previous vendors to ensure proper understanding and gathering of all existing data, information and processes.
クライアントおよび既存ベンダーと連携し、既存データ・業務プロセス・各種情報を正確に把握・整理
Provide analysis and solution to client to enhance client practices or match client process with ADP operation standards in terms of system, dispatching, social benefits, and core payroll services.
システム、給与計算、社会保険など、オペレーション全般において、クライアントの業務改善またはADP標準への適合に向けた分析および提案
Design and document the client’s solution including their business requirements, their HR out-sourcing process and any program specifications required according to ADP’s documentation guidelines
クライアントの業務要件、HRアウトソーシングプロセス、必要なプログラム仕様を整理し、ADPのドキュメント基準に沿って設計・文書化
Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation
データ精査、マッピング、移行フェーズにおいてクライアントと連携し、データ登録や照合作業を含む各種支援を実施
Support clients throughout the UAT, Parallel run and Go-Live phases UAT(ユーザー受入テスト)、並行稼働、本番稼働の各フェーズにおいてクライアントをサポート
Escalate project issues to Implementation Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and any risks that may arise during the project.
スコープ変更、タスク遅延、プロジェクトリスク等の課題を特定し、Implementation Project Managerへ適切にエスカレーション
Liaise with internal teams to ensure that client’s requirements are understood and timeframes are adhered to;

Business level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
日本語・英語ともに優れたコミュニケーション能力(読み書き・会話)
In depth knowledge of systems and tools including Microsoft Office applications
MS Officeをはじめとする各種ツール・システムに関する十分な理解
Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets, especially using Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, IFs, CONCAT etc.)
数値データや大量データの取り扱いに抵抗がなく、特にExcel(XLOOKUP、IF関数、CONCAT等)を活用できる
Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines while managing multiple projects under pressure
高い整理力とタイムマネジメント力を有し、複数プロジェクトを並行しながら優先順位付けと納期遵守ができる
Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients

Experience working in an international multicultural company or overseas outside Japan
外資系企業または海外での就業・留学経験
Relevant experience in HRIS, Payroll system (Bugyo), ERP system implementation, QA.
HRIS、給与システム(給与奉行等)、ERP導入、QA等の関連業務経験
Experience or have knowledge in Japanese payroll, social security and labor law.
日本の給与計算、社会保険、労働法に関する知識・実務経験
Experience with Excel VBA or other programming languages
Excel VBAまたはその他プログラミング言語の経験
Analytical and logical thinking/problem solving skills – work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications
